Lecture of the Day 

Introduction to basic composition:    

 Focal Point - A strong focal point will help your viewer's eyes settle on the important pieces

 Scale and Hierarchy - Help to communicate hierarchy by drawing attention toward and away from certain elements.

Balance the element - Asymmetrical balance is to think of each element as having a ‘weight’ to it.

White Space - Help your design to breathe.          

The Rule of Thirds is the process of dividing an image into thirds, using two horizontal and two vertical lines.

This imaginary grid yields nine parts with four intersection points.           

            

 Rules of Thirds is a way to:

Used composition technique that are in line with what pleasing to the eye.

Creativity use negative space.

Create conservation between the subject and background.

          




The Golden Ratio is a mathematical ratio and commonly found in nature, it fosters organic and natural-looking compositions that are aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

The Golden Ratio provides a sense of artistry, harmony and proportion.

The Golden Ratio is a useful guideline for determining the dimensions of the layout (1:1.618)
